Project tab
 In this tab you can manage Ad
Annihilator projects. See Understanding
projects to learn what Ad Annihilator projects are.
To open Project tab open Ad Annihilator Options window and switch
to Project tab by clicking on its name.
Following options are available:
-
"Opened project" - shows the path and name of the Ad
Annihilator project opened currently. If no project is opened, 'Project is
closed"' is shown here;
-
"Default address" - here you may enter an Internet address
that a browser should navigate to each time the current project is opened. If
no address is setup here, a blank page is shown when the current project is
opened. After you entered the default address, do not forget to press Set
button to save it;
-
"Projects" - list of recently opened Ad Annihilator
projects. The set of buttons described further operate on the project selected
in this list. To add another project here you should
open it first;
-
"Create new" button - prompts the user for the location of
new Ad Annihilator project file, launches
Ad
Annihilator Project Wizard, creates a new project, opens it and enables Ad
Annihilator if it was disabled earlier. The new project is added to the
project list above this button;
-
"Open" button - opens a project selected in the project list
above this button and enables Ad Annihilator;
-
"Open from disk" button - opens a project from the file on
the disk and enables Ad Annihilator. Upon this operation the opened project is
added to the list of recently opened projects above if it was not there
before. Use this command when you do not see the project you need in the
project list;
-
"Close project" button - closes the Ad Annihilator project
opened currently. This command disables Ad Annihilator as well;
-
"Delete project" button - deletes project selected in the
project list above. Note that project deletion deletes all its
cached documents,
banner,
popup and
cookie filters and
organizer links permanently so
use this command with care;
-
"Remove from list" button - remove the project selected in
the project list from that list. This command does not delete the project,
rather just removes it from the list. Use this command if you want to not be
confused with projects you open rarely. When you open that project, it will be
added to that list again.
