My computer is running slower since I started using Ad Annihilator. Why does it happen? Can this be avoided?

Slower execution can be caused by offline browsing. To support it Ad Annihilator has to store each page and resource in its cache altogether with all related information. This additional processing may cause slowing down the computer though it is noticeable only on old computer models.
