Ad Annihilator takes up too much of my Internet Explorer window. Is there a way to reduce the space occupied by it?
Ad Annihilator has a number of windows and Ad Annihilator
toolbar buttons to provide versatile and rich functionality. However, any
window or button can be hidden to accommodate each user's specific needs. There
is no need to have all windows open and buttons visible in order to make Ad Annihilator operable. In extreme case, all windows and buttons can be hidden so
that Ad Annihilator would work invisibly not obtruding your Internet
Explorer window.
There are following Ad Annihilator windows that are shown within the Internet
Explorer window space:
All these windows can be closed by clicking on the X icon in the top right or
left corner of the window.
If you want to hide Ad Annihilator
toolbar, see
How to turn on and off Ad Annihilator toolbar?
You may also hide only specific buttons on
Ad Annihilator
toolbar:
See
Customize Ad Annihilator toolbar window
for more information.
There is also an Ad Annihilator Options button
on
Standard Internet Explorer toolbar. It can be turned off in this way:
-
Click View/Toolbars/Customize... menu option from the main
Internet Explorer menu. Customize Toolbar window is opened;
-
Locate Ad Annihilator Options button
in
the right list titled "Current toolbar buttons" and select it;
-
Click Remove button;
-
Click Close button.
