Unblock banners, popups
and cookies on this site
Use this button to quickly unblock banners, popups and cookies on the site
you are currently viewing. It is true that having banners, popups and cookies is
bad, but sometimes you may need to allow them. For example, you may want to see
advertisements (banners) on a certain site because they are within your field of
interest or allow popups in membership area of the site you use often or you
feel that a site malfunctions because of blocked cookies. Not only does Ad Annihilator is able to block banners, popups and cookies efficiently, but it is
very easy to enable them on certain sites according to your wish.
When clicked, the button opens the menu with following choices:
-
"Enable banners on this site"
- when this option is checked, all banners on the site you are currently
viewing are enabled. If you see that some pictures that you need are not shown
on the site, check this option to allow all banners and pictures on this site;
-
"Enable popups on this site"
- when this option is checked, all popups on the site you are currently
viewing are enabled. If you use the site that produces popups often which you
need to open but Ad Annihilator blocks them, check this option to allow all
popups on this site;
-
"Enable cookies on this site"
- when this option is checked, all cookies on the site you are currently
viewing are enabled. If you try to use the site that tells you that cookies
must be enabled in order to use it or you feel that your user identity is lost
all the time when you use a certain site, check this option to allow all
cookies on this site.
Each option has a checkmark near it indicating if it is
enabled. After you enabled banners, popups and cookies with this button, you
may easily rescind your order by clicking on this button again and unchecking
the respective option. Open blocked popup windows

Ad Annihilator. Clicking on it opens a submenu with following choices:

Progress
and Statistics window for advanced operations with popup windows. If you want simply to

you press Ctrl key altogether with clicking a popup, an enabling popup filter
will be added for this popup to enable it for future browsing. Depending on
its settings Resource block dialog may be opened in this
situation to allow you to fine-tune the popup filter.

 Locate current document
This button locates the document opened in the browser currently in the
Documents tab of
Documents, Organizer and Search
window for advanced document management.
 Add current document to organizer
The button adds the document opened in the browser to the current organizer
folder or to the root organizer folder if Organizer tab of

 Manage versions
This button allows you to perform version management operations with the
current document. It opens a submenu with following choices:

-
"Get new version of current document"
- downloads and fixes a new
version of the document opened in the browser. Note that this command loses
the current version of the
document (that was opened in the browser at the moment you issued it) but
creates a new up-to-date version of the document. Use this command only if you
want to discard the current version but to download and fix the new version;
-
"Fix the latest version of the document" - makes the
current document version a
fixed version so that it will
be not overwritten at later browsing. Use this command if you want to fix the
current document version that is opened in the browser;
-
"Make new versions automatically" - this is a flag related
to the current document. When it turned on, Ad Annihilator makes new versions
of the current document each time you download it from the Internet. When it
turned off, each time you download the current document from the Internet, it
overwrites the latest document version. It is recommended to turn on this
option for documents for which you want Ad Annihilator to generate multiple
document versions automatically;
-
"Show all versions" - opens the list of all versions of the
current document in the Documents tab of
Documents, Organizer and Search window. From there you will be able to
access any version of the current document.
